Welcome to Blogger...We will begin start blogging in this course as a way to "publish" our thoughts, art, ideas, questions regarding education: informal and formal, teaching and learning.
I would like you to share pictures, questions, answers, artwork, etc here, and ultimately we will be viewing this a bit like a ZINE only we are publishing it on the world wide web.
To familiarize yourself with blogger, on the tool bar above where I am writing and you are reading are icons. Most importantly the upload pictures icon that looks like a bluebird day landscape and the chain link which is what allows you to link to other sites on your posting.

I post this picture to display a) what i look like and b) what is important to me (my baby and family) and c) why education and the field is increasingly important to me (my child will eventually be in the public school system)

- In the time you blog, I would like you to have a link bar on the side as an added piece (you get to this by going to layout, and then adding elements, and clicking on link bar, and then you add websites of interest)
- an added html bar, i.e. a sitemeter http://www.sitemeter.com/ or a moon reader http://www.calculatorcat.com/moon_phases/daily_moon_phases.phtml , or anything for that matter...
- I want you to add labels to your blog, like this one I named it labels: welcome, me, blog, expectations.
